Built a centralized monitoring dashboard giving a client full visibility into their Azure estate - live metrics, alerts, and AI-generated insights in one UI.

The Challenge

The client's infrastructure was growing fast, but their team had no single view of system health - metrics were scattered across separate Azure resources, and issues were often caught after impact rather than before.

What We Built

A custom UI dashboard surfacing real-time metrics across compute, storage, and networking. Azure Logic Apps orchestrate automated data collection and alert routing, while Azure OpenAI Service analyzes incoming telemetry to summarize anomalies in plain language and flag likely root causes before they escalate.

The client's team moved from reactive troubleshooting to proactive monitoring, with a single dashboard replacing what used to be manual checks across multiple Azure tools.

Migration

On-Premises to Azure Server Migration

Migrated a client's on-premises server environment to Azure using Azure Migrate, with minimal downtime and a phased cutover plan.

The Challenge

The client was running critical workloads on aging on-prem hardware with no disaster recovery plan and rising maintenance costs, but couldn't afford extended downtime during a move to the cloud.

What We Did

We used Azure Migrate to assess the existing server estate, running discovery and dependency mapping to understand workload interconnections before touching anything. Servers were replicated to Azure in waves, validated in an isolated test environment, then cut over during scheduled low-traffic windows. Post-migration, we right-sized VM configurations based on actual usage data rather than lifting over the original on-prem specs as-is.

Outcome

Full migration completed in planned waves with no unplanned downtime, giving the client built-in disaster recovery and a right-sized environment costing less to run than their original on-prem hardware.

Cost Optimization

Automated Cost Optimization & Remediation Tool

Built a tool that doesn't just report wasted cloud spend - it automatically remediates it, using AI to decide what action to take.

The Challenge

The client's Azure spend was growing steadily, with idle resources and oversized instances going unnoticed for weeks at a time because reviewing cost reports manually wasn't happening consistently.

What We Built

An automated pipeline using Azure Logic Apps to regularly scan resource usage via Azure APIs, identifying idle VMs, underused storage, and oversized instances. Azure OpenAI Service evaluates each flagged resource against usage patterns to recommend - and in approved cases, automatically trigger - the right remediation action (resize, deallocate, or schedule for review), connected through Azure Logic Apps connectors into the client's existing approval workflow.

Outcome
